Dr. Gisele G. Rezze

Dermatologist Assistant of the Cutaneous Oncology Department, A C Camargo Cancer Center, São Paulo, Brazil

Doctor Rezze is a celebrated dermatological imaging expert and has a strong track record for collaborating internationally to produce studies of melanoma and other pigmented neoplasms; together with her research team, she is employing VivoSight to further her innovative research in this important area.

Founding Chairman and Associate Professor, Department of Dermatology, Roskilde Hospital, University of Copenhagen, Denmark

Professor Jemec is collaborating with MDL to understand how VivoSight can be used to monitor non-invasive skin cancer treatments such as Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT).


Dr. Martina Ulrich

Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany

Doctor Ulrich is assisting in developing a VivoSight OCT image atlas and methods for diagnosis of BCC


Prof. Uwe Reinhold

Medical Centre, Bonn, Germany

Professor Reinhold is Chairman of the Onkoderm Network and is collaborating with Michelson diagnostics to develop Optical Coherence Tomography training programmes for German Dermatologists.


Prof. Julia Welzel

Chief physician, Clinic for Dermatology and Allergology, Klinikum Augsburg, Germany

Professor Welzel is a renowned expert in non-invasive imaging of the skin and has published many paper on the use of OCT in dermatology. She is undertaking research using VivoSight to monitor, amongst other things, topical therapies for actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma.


Dr. Orit Markowitz MD

Assistant Professor of Dermatology, Mount Sinai Medical Center, NY, USA

Doctor Markowitz is collaborating with MDL to build an Atlas of OCT pathology, combining visual, dermoscopy, OCT and pathology images of OCT for a wide range of lesions. Doctor Markowitz is also using OCT to investigate novel non-invasive therapies for non-melanoma skin cancer.


Prof. Daniel Siegel MD

Clinical Professor of Dermatology, SUNY Downstate, New York, USA

Professor Siegel is collaborating with MDL to study the use of VivoSight to diagnose, stage, map lesion margins and monitor treatment of skin cancers.


Dr. Francesco Del Galdo

Senior Translational Research Fellow for Musculoskeletal Biotherapy at the Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine, Leeds, UK

The primary interest of Doctor Del Galdo’s research group is the investigation of VivoSight OCT for improved diagnosis and classification of Systemic Scleroderma.


Prof. Dennis McGonagle

Professor of Regenerative Medicine, Leeds Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit, Chapel Allerton Hospital, The University of Leeds, UK

Professor McGonagle’s group is evaluating OCT images of the nail to provide indicators and differentiators of different types of arthritis.


Dr. Andrew Coleman

Doctor Andrew Coleman is collaborating with MDL to study the use of VivoSight to diagnose, stage, map lesion margins and monitor treatment of skin cancers.
